From your very first tour to your grand exit, you are assigned your very own wedding coordinator. Your coordinator becomes your built-in bestie during the wedding planning process, and they will be by your side, helping you every step of the way to make sure your day is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Not only do you have your bestie on your wedding day, but you have the entire coordinating team who works together to make your dream wedding a reality.
Why get ready off-site when you can spend the entire day here? We have two spacious wedding party suites with cozy lounges and fun activities, providing a relaxed atmosphere to prepare for your big day without the stress of rushing. Our suites also come equipped with attendants to handle all things from steaming dresses & tux’s to handing you tissues & Q-Tips to dry up your tears after first look. They’re prepared for anything and are happy to be there for you on your special day.

The day of the wedding, both my husband and I were completely blown away by the staff – we knew BBV was VERY inclusive, but had no idea they’d handle things to a T, and once again, going above and beyond for us.
