Take the first steps

STEP ONE: SCHEDULE A TOUR

Booking your venue & date is the first step to planning a wedding. In order to pick the perfect venue, you’ll want to schedule some tours to feel out the spaces and see if what feels best for you.

STEP TWO: RESERVE YOUR DATE

The next step is to put a date on hold. This typically requires a deposit. At Bear Brook we simply take a $250 fully refundable deposit in cash or check to hold a date. This allows you to reserve it temporarily without the pressure of signing any contracts!

STEP THREE: BOOK YOUR WEDDING!

After you’ve thought about all the ways the venue you want is the perfect choice, it’s time to sign a contract! At Bear Brook, we welcome you back to the grounds to sign your contract or if you prefer to sign digitally at home, we offer that option as well!
